In order to maintain or improve the safety level in air transport, it is essential to be able to learn from past events, to benefit from information about risky situations and as a consequence to be able to set efficient protections.

In order to inform HENSOLDT about a safety event and about its analysis, and according to EU regulation N°376/2014, you shall first upload the below form.

"Occurrence" means any safety-related event which endangers or which, if not corrected or addressed, could endanger an aircraft, its occupants or any other person and includes in particular an accident or serious incident.
