Strict board cloning

HENSOLDT has developed unique board cloning technology that is unrivalled worldwide.

There are 3 prerequisites:

• The customer must have acquired the intellectual property or authorisation from the initial manufacturer
• Components must be available
• Embedded programs must be available or accessible.

Then, our non-destructive process, which uses tomography and a moving probe tester, allows us to recreate an identical manufacturing file from your board.

The main benefits of this process are:

• No need for environmental qualification of the board
• A very short development time compared to redesigning your board’s function

Upon completion, you have additional functional examples of your board and all the relevant documentation.
